Business Administration, BS

Purpose

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program prepares and equips students to effectively lead and manage businesses and organizations anywhere in the world, including for-profit enterprises, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental and international non-governmental entities.

This major is intended for those students with an interest in Business and Entrepreneurship, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Law, Risk Management, Finance and Marketing.

Objectives

Upon completing the Business Administration major, each graduate will be able to:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in essential business, leadership, management, and entrepreneurial skills in order to manage and lead a business, or launch his/her own business enterprise.
  • Apply principles and concepts in evaluating and managing complex business issues.
  • Articulate a personal philosophy of business, leadership, and philanthropy that integrates a biblically-based, Christian worldview.
