This course is a study in the theories, practices, and laws involved in the corporate human resource, human rewards and employee benefits function. You will explore recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining personnel, in traditional nonprofit, governmental and international operations, as well as study the role and impact of organized labor.
