In 1987, I enrolled as a student at Columbia International University because I shared the university’s commitment to making sure students not only had the opportunity to master the Word of God but for the Word of God to master them. As a student, I was shaped by CIU’s five core values. As a CIU professor years later, I saw students continue to be transformed by those same values because they represent our purpose and passion:

Today, CIU continues its mission of training professional ministers and ministering professionals to impact the world with the message of Christ. Our degree programs are designed to equip you in the academic area or profession of your choice and to provide you with a strong foundation in God’s Word.
I believe that an education at CIU will transform you intellectually, professionally, and spiritually. You’ll be instructed by professors who are dedicated to seeing you learn, grow, and thrive. You’ll grow in Christ as you do life in a unique community of believers.
