This orientation prepares you for your seminary studies at Columbia Biblical Seminary (CBS). You will learn the expectations of graduate-level theological education and explore the support services, resources, and policies in place to help you meet those expectations. You will also be introduced to the five core values that reflect the mission and ethos of Columbia Biblical Seminary at CIU. Every CBS student is required to complete this orientation during his or her first term in seminary.
