HUM 3221 - Arts and Ideas

This course provides an upper-level Humanities study of the historical progression of Western visual art from Giotto (late medieval) to Picasso (early 20^th century). The focus of the course is on helping you to “think Christianly” about how artists communicate philosophical and cultural worldviews through the media of visual art. A series of focused Bible studies will encourage you to develop your own biblical theology of art.
