BUS 3320 - Taxation

This course explores the tax structure of the United States, with emphasis on those portions of the Internal Revenue Code that affect taxation and liabilities of business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and S corporations. Also explored are the tax rules and implications involving property acquisitions and dispositions, taxable income, redemption of ownership interests, liquidation, and dividends and distributions. Prerequisite: BUS 3315.
