In this course you will analyze and reflect on signifcant political, religious, and societal changes in Europe. You will explore the diversity of the European context in light of various religious-sociological and strategic approaches to mission, critique past and current approaches to missionary work in Europe, and consider the applicability of those approaches to future missionary strategy. As a result, you will be able to develop and apply concrete proposals for missions in Europe which are based on careful theological, strategic, and practical assessment of the challenges and opportunities facing this diverse continent.
