BUS 4420 - International Business Law Credits: 3
In this course students will examine the legal aspects of international business. Students will be exposed to a broad overview of how business is shaped by international laws and regulations. Topics include international negotiation, trade regulations, intellectual property rights, and international contracts. Student will begin with an understanding of domestic (US) laws that impact businesses and then take a broader look at international laws impacting some of the largest global markets. (3)
