CNS 9910 - Clinical Counseling and Supervision Internship

Students in this course will focus on the development and refinement of advanced counseling skills. Students must complete a minimum of 150 hours that includes clinical/counseling services, conducting supervision of other clinicians, and teaching therapy skills. Students will attend weekly one-hour individual or triadic supervision by a licensed or certified site supervisor and participate in 1.5 hours of group supervision with a program faculty. Students must maintain professional counseling liability insurance during this internship and any internships in which they provide clinical or supervision roles.
