CNS 9003 - Optional Residency: Writing Intensive

The purpose of this optional writing intensive residency is to provide both group and individual support for students during the dissertation writing process through coordinated interaction and feedback with faculty and dissertation committee members to advance the dissertation process forward through a concentrated writing retreat. Students can interact with faculty and students across cohorts for support, encouragement, modeling, and mentoring while engaging in concentrated writing to complete drafts or sections as needed. Residencies provide an opportunity for rejuvenation and recalibration of purpose and motivation for students, fellowshipping across doctoral and master’s residency cohorts to enhance relationships and promote opportunities for modeling and mentoring.
