ENG 2120 - Film Appreciation Credits: 3
This course seeks not only to study film as a form of entertainment, but also to give students an appreciation for the history, aesthetic principles, and role of film in the creation and formation of morals. Students will be asked to think critically about how these films influenced society at the time they were made and the years following. Emphasis will be placed on the shift of moral lessons imparted in both secular and Christian films.
