CNS 6450 - Assessment and Treatment of Childhood and Adolescence Disorders Credits: 3
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders in children and adolescents. Students will explore the developmental, psychological, and social factors contributing to these disorders. The course will cover a range of assessment techniques, including clinical interviews, behavioral observations, and standardized assessments. Emphasis will also be placed on evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to the specific needs of this population.
Prerequisite(s): CNS 5422 and CNS 6310 Graduate
