CNS 9416 - Advanced Mixed Methods Research Methods

This research course builds upon knowledge and skills acquired in Qualitative Research Methodology and Quantitative Research Methodology and will provide experience applying them. This course will provide students with more specialized knowledge and skills for designing mixed methods research at the doctoral level. Students will learn to critically evaluate and research publications concerning types of mixed methods research, the range of research designs, and subject-related study elements. Students will apply and synthesize their knowledge and skills by developing a mixed methods research plan, providing a methodological foundation for the Dissertation Proposal.
