This course focuses on leadership competencies, needed to manage conflict situations in intercultural institutions. Drawing from Biblical resourses as well as from conflict transformation theories, the course addresses issues such as conflict prevention, supporting an institutional culture which deals constructively with conflicts, and conflict transformation.
