An introductory course in which you still study fundamental principles of genetics in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. The course emphasizes Mendelian genetics, physical and chemical basis of heredity, and population genetics. Prerequisites: BIO 1110 Principles of Biology 1 and BIO 1120 Principles of Biology 2.
